Born and raised in Ukraine, Viktor has always had a passion for bees. After meeting his wife Lucy in 2009, the two decided to go into business, starting out as Honeybee Suppliers. Over time, this would morph into Honeymakers UK, with Viktor as the head beekeeper and Lucy as the business manager.
Since then, the business has grown and expanded, but supporting the bees remains Viktor’s top priority. Viktor made headlines in 2022 after raising more than £50,000 to supply 4×4 pick ups to help with war efforts, supported by Jeremy Clarkson.

Viktor and Lucy keep bees in the beautiful Cotswolds, managing over 1000 Buckfast Bee and smaller bee colonies. In rural places with diverse floral sources like this, a wide range of different honey can be crafted, so from Honeymakers you’ll find flavours like Wildflower and Starflower, Lime and Summer.
Honeymakers aren’t just known for their tantalising Cotswold honey range either. Lucy worked with a group of hardworking local artisans to create Hive Inspired skincare, an all-natural luxury skincare line.
